Each product part is assigned a unique serial number, which is paired with a corresponding QR code. This QR code is affixed to the packaging, providing a seamless method for identification and verification.
Each serial number is scanned & the part details will be fetched in the CRM. The data dump is taken out as CSV/Excel. This will be uploaded to the Cloudtrac based QR portal. QR code will be generated and the QR image with the serial number is printed as a label. The label is pasted on to the boxes & will be shipped from the warehouse. Shipped Serial numbers will be uploaded to the Cloudtrac portals, Where all the part details will be stored along with the details. The end user will be checking the Genuinity of the part & registering the part by scanning the QR code through his mobile scanner.
