In this process, Installation and Commissioning are initiated based on emails received from end customers. Before generating installation tickets, the Project Admin must update the Customer Name in the mast. Once the customer details are recorded, the Project Admin creates projects categorized under predefined master types. The Regional Coordinator for the respective area then updates the required installation quantity.
During Installation request creation, the Zonal Manager allocates installation quantities based on specific areas or zones. This data is stored in the Project ID Master for reference. The Zonal Team then uses this information to generate installation tickets and assigns them to the Service Partner for commissioning. Once commissioning is complete, the Field Engineers mapped to that zone receive the I&C tasks on their mEdge App and take over the installation process and ensure service completion.
The Field Service Engineer updates critical details, including the I&C details , customized Checklists built into mEdge App . After installation, tickets are sent to the Zonal Lead for approval. Once approved, the automated billing process is triggered.
To ensure accurate and timely payments, the billing process is fully automated and follows two distinct models:
🔹 Service Partner Billing – Payments are processed based on the number of site visits, with each visit counted as a single unit for billing.
🔹 Customer Billing – Billing is determined based on the service provided to the client, ensuring a transparent and efficient invoicing system.
Automated reporting features generate PDF based Field Service Reports (FSRs) in realtime, eliminating the need for manual paperwork. Actionable Reports & Dashboards are enabled in customizable Cloudtrac dashboards, ensuring transparency, measuring operational performance and easy access for audits.
